Sophie Ryde

Sophie Ryde is an experienced professional in education quality and social research with a strong background in international development. Currently serving as an Education Quality Analyst at the General Medical Council since June 2021, Sophie has previously held roles such as Assessment Delivery Assistant within the same organization. Prior experience includes leadership as a CSR Events Team Leader at O3E, and various positions in education and policy outreach, including Widening Participation Ambassador at The University of Manchester and Policy and Communications roles at Parliament UK. Sophie holds an MSc in International Development: Globalisation, Trade and Industry from The University of Manchester and a BA in International Development from the University of Sussex.
