Eric Welak

Eric Welak has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Eric began their career at Mayville Engineering Company in 1996, starting as a Press Brake Operator and later becoming a Quality Technician. In 2000, they transitioned into the role of an Industrial Engineer and eventually worked their way up to Operations Manager before leaving the company in 2007.

Following their time at Mayville Engineering Company, Eric joined MEC (Mayville Engineering Company, Inc.) as a Plant Manager in 2007. Eric then held various leadership positions including Director of Operations, Vice President Operations, and Executive Vice President of Operations. Eric left MEC in 2021.

In 2021, Eric became President of Accurate Fabrication and later took on the additional role of President and CEO in 2023.

Currently, Eric serves as the President and CEO of General Metals, LLC.

Eric Welak has studied Business Administration, Management and Operations at Marian College of Fond du Lac. Eric has also obtained an Associate's degree in Industrial Engineering Technician from Moraine Park Technical College.
