Ashish Dukare

Ashish Dukare is an experienced data professional currently serving as an Associate Data Engineer at General Mills India since October 2025, following a tenure as a Senior Data Engineer at LTIMindtree from July 2021 to October 2025. During this time, Ashish expertly implemented a scalable Medallion Architecture on Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 and orchestrated end-to-end data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, managing significant data ingestion from various sources. Ashish began professional development as a Graduate Engineering Trainee, contributing to the Consulting and Analytics Club at IIT Guwahati, and gained practical marketing experience as a Marketing Executive for Udgam and a Business Development and Marketing Intern at BharatAgri. Ashish holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati.
