Andy Engstrom

Andy Engstrom is a seasoned sourcing professional with extensive experience at General Mills since July 2014. Currently serving as the Sourcing Business Leader for Meals and Baking Solutions, Andy excels in leading a sourcing team to achieve cost savings and strategic supply chain goals. Previous roles include Global Sourcing Manager for flavors, seasonings, and spices, where Andy oversaw significant global spend and sourcing processes, and various procurement positions that improved vendor performance and cost efficiency across multiple categories. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics, along with minors in Agronomy and Management from the University of Minnesota.
