Atulaya Goswami

Atulaya Goswami is an accomplished Human Resources leader with extensive experience spanning over 18 years in various industries, including agriculture, construction, consumer goods, and automotive. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director and India Site Operations Lead at General Mills India since December 2021, Atulaya is instrumental in designing and executing HR strategies to enhance organizational culture and talent. Prior to this role, Atulaya was the HR Head for the India Region at UPL Limited, leading transformative initiatives during a period of significant growth. Atulaya also held key positions at China Fortune Land Development, Procter & Gamble, and Hero MotoCorp, with specific achievements in start-up operations, talent acquisition, and diversity initiatives. Atulaya holds a PGDM in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development.
