Nidia Valenzuela

Nidia Valenzuela, MBA, PHR, possesses extensive experience in human resources leadership, currently serving as Chief of Staff and CHRO at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. Previous roles include Senior HR Director for Global Supply Chain and Senior Director of HR for GTS Customer Delivery in the Americas. Prior to Stanley Black & Decker, Nidia held positions as Area HR Manager for the Northeast Region and Human Resources Manager at GAF. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Baltimore and a degree from the Catholic University of Santo Domingo.
