Francisca Villamil

Francisca Villamil has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Global Employee Services Delivery Director at General Mills since September 2017. In addition to this role, Francisca is the founder and president of the Disability Network and has held various positions in HR management within General Mills, including Global HR Shared Service Delivery Sr Manager. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Cargill, where responsibilities spanned from Global HR Solutions Market Leader to HR Business Relations and M&A Leader for North America, focusing on employee experience, recruitment, and HR transformation. Additional roles at Pentair and Famous Dave's of America further developed Francisca's expertise in HR operations, employee relations, and organizational development.
