Kate Peerenboom

Kate Peerenboom is an experienced HR leader with a strong background in talent acquisition, organizational agility, and transformation management, currently serving as the Sr. HR Director for Talent Acquisition and Global Recruitment at General Mills since June 2011. Over the years, Kate has held various HR leadership roles within General Mills, supporting multiple corporate functions and managing HR initiatives for a diverse workforce of over 1,700 employees. Prior experience includes roles at Dunwoody College of Technology, Target Corporation, and the Twin Cities Human Resource Association. Kate holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and a BBA from the Wisconsin School of Business. Additionally, Kate contributed to the community as a board member of the Joplin Family YMCA.
