Kenneth Edwards is an experienced leader in innovation, technology, and quality within the food industry, currently serving as Director for Innovation, Technology and Quality at General Mills, focusing on the Natural and Organic Foods segment. With over 19 years at General Mills, Kenneth has held multiple key positions, including R&D Director for the Snack Bars Business Unit, where responsibilities involved managing a team of 50 and overseeing $1.2B in sales. Kenneth's earlier roles include leadership positions in both Dairy Canada and US Dairy Innovation, as well as quality and regulatory operations management. Prior experience includes an internship at Snapple Beverage Group. Kenneth holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
