Massiel Mota

Massiel Mota is an experienced Learning and Development professional currently serving as the Learning and Development Program Lead in Supply Chain at General Mills since July 2022. Prior to this role, Massiel worked as a Talent Development Consultant at WSP from March 2019 to June 2022, where responsibilities included collaborating with business leaders to identify training needs and designing eLearning solutions using adult learning methodologies.
