Mike Solei

Mike Solei has over three decades of experience in network planning and management, currently serving as a Network Planner at General Mills since December 1998. Prior to this role, Mike held multiple positions at The Pillsbury Company from 1998 to 2001, including Network Management Center Manager and Senior Network Operator. Mike’s earlier career includes a significant tenure at Thomson West from 1986 to 1998 as a Network Management Technician. Additionally, Mike served in the Army National Guard from 1982 to 2003 as an Intelligence Operations Sergeant, showcasing a strong background in operational and technical roles across various organizations.
