Neelima Panuganti has over 17 years of experience in consumer insights and analytics, primarily at General Mills since February 2006, where current roles include Director of Growth Analytics and leader of the Consumer Insights Analytics team for Morning Foods. Neelima has managed significant research budgets and led diverse teams in various consumer insights roles, influencing strategic decisions across multiple product categories. In addition to their work at General Mills, Neelima serves as a board member at the Montessori Center of Minnesota and is involved with the Advertising Research Foundation in various capacities. Neelima holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Minnesota and degrees in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science and Andhra University.
