Phillip Ramsey

Phillip Ramsey, MBA, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as HR Manager for North American Foodservice Sales at General Mills since July 2019, Phillip has held various roles, including HR Business Partner and Associate Talent Solutions Consultant. Prior to General Mills, Phillip contributed to Emory University as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant from March 2015 to June 2019. Early career experience includes roles at IKEA Group as a Human Resources Assistant and Customer Service Staff. Phillip holds an MBA from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business and a B.B.A. from Kennesaw State University.
