Rose Chatterley

Rose Chatterley is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director for the UK & Ireland at General Mills, a position held since July 2017. Rose's diverse experience includes roles as Head of HR UK & Ireland and Talent Manager for Europe & Australia, as well as positions focused on Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and generalist HR support while working remotely during the Covid-19 pandemic. Prior to General Mills, Rose worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Tribe - Recruitment Specialists, and as an Office Coordinator and Recruitment Administrator at Focus Recruitment Limited. Rose holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and English Literature and Writing from The University of Auckland.
