Shannon Dye

Shannon (Quealy) Dye is a seasoned professional in talent and capability development with significant experience at General Mills, holding positions such as Senior Manager and Learning & Development Manager focused on global supply chain transformation. Prior roles include serving as an L&D Leader for global sourcing initiatives and teaching math and English at Concordia Creative Learning Academy. Additionally, Shannon contributed to international education as a language teacher through the JET Program with the Japanese Government.
