Simona Suen

Simona Suen has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, with a career spanning over 17 years. Simona worked at General Mills from November 2021 to August 2023, holding titles such as Global Strategy & Operations Specialist and Lead Coordinator in Talent Acquisition. Prior to that, Simona served at the University of Minnesota Law School for over a decade, progressing from Program Coordinator to Senior Recruiting and Diversity Coordinator. Simona's career began at Target, where responsibilities included roles as Team Member and Team Lead from October 2005 to March 2010. Simona earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota and furthered education at the UMN Carlson School of Management.
