Todd Chrustowski

Todd Chrustowski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in travel operations and client management. Currently serving as a Travel & Expense Operations Specialist at General Mills since March 2024, Todd previously held various leadership roles at Optimizely, including Director and Project Manager for B2B Expert Services from January 2021 to December 2023. Prior to that, Todd spent 17 years at CWT, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Client Executive to Manager of several client support and strategy functions. Todd holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Sport, and Tourism Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
