Vince Mendes de Franca

Vince Mendes de Franca is an accomplished sales executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent companies in the consumer goods industry. Currently serving as President at General Mills since July 2019, Vince previously held the position of Vice President of Sales within the same organization. Prior to this, Vince worked at Conagra Brands as Vice President Sales and Senior Director of Market Development from March 2012 to June 2019. Vince's career began at Kraft Foods Group, where roles included Category Sales Planner and various Customer Category Manager positions. Additionally, Vince held significant positions at Dare Foods Limited, including Director of Sales Strategy & Planning and Director of National Accounts. Vince is an alumnus of Western University.
