Alan O Silva

Alan O Silva has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as a Senior IT Analyst at GM Financial since August 2019, after progressing from a Mid-level IT Analyst in the same company. Prior experience includes roles at General Motors as an IT Operational Assistant, from March 2013 to January 2019, and at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Field Support Technician from November 2011 to March 2013. Alan began a career in IT at Pctec Soluções as a Support Analyst in early 2011. In terms of education, Alan is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology Management from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, expected to complete in December 2023, and holds a degree in Computer Network Technology from Anhanguera Educacional.
