Bill Tanner

Bill Tanner is an experienced professional in the automotive and financial services industries, currently serving as the Dealer Training Consultant Manager at GM Financial/AmeriCredit since January 2012. In this role, Bill leads a team dedicated to the development and delivery of dealer educational programs, ensuring quality training through effective course design and implementation of process improvements to boost sales. Prior to this, Bill was the President of Tanners Automotive Consulting Inc. and held several significant positions at Ford Motor Credit Company and Don Davis Auto World, gaining extensive knowledge in sales training, financial services, and dealership operations. Bill holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Marketing from Alfred State College and has furthered education at SUNY Empire State College.
