Fabio Cardeso

Fabio Cardeso serves as Vice President of Digital Product Management & Operational Excellence for International Operations at GM Financial since April 2013, leading initiatives in process excellence across multiple dimensions, including business process management and cultural change. Previously at Ally Financial Inc., Cardeso held roles such as Lean Six Sigma Manager, driving process improvement in the Mexican branch, and IT Supervisor, overseeing IT strategies in Venezuela. Early career experience includes serving as a Geographic Information Systems Analyst at Empresas Polar, where project leadership and tech support were key responsibilities. Fabio Cardeso holds an MBA from IESA, an entrepreneurship program from Babson College, a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar, and a qualification in Digital Transformation from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business.
