Hector Urbina

Hector Urbina is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in DevOps automation and end-user support. At GM Financial since February 2016, Hector has served as both a DevOps Automation Engineer and a Windows Application Engineer. Previously, Hector held the role of Client Systems Manager at GameStop from April 2009 to September 2015, where responsibilities included managing IT support for over 3,500 customers, developing hardware standards, and overseeing equipment lifecycle processes. Additionally, Hector served as a Desktop Support Supervisor, leading a team to provide technical assistance for over 2,500 end users and focusing on service delivery and support metrics. Hector has earned recognition for consistently delivering results and finding effective solutions for end users. Hector holds an Associate of Arts degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from El Paso Community College and further education from The University of Texas at El Paso.
