Sindy Brown is an experienced professional with a strong background in Agile methodologies and recruitment. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at GM Financial since July 2023, Sindy coaches IT Agile teams to follow the Scrum framework, facilitating collaboration and scheduling Scrum events. With a long-standing commitment to fitness, Sindy has also worked as a part-time GroupX Instructor at 24hr Fitness since September 2010, specializing in Les Mills BodyPump classes. Prior roles include expertise in talent acquisition and executive recruiting at various organizations, including Conifer Health Solutions and SB Legal Search Group, where Sindy focused on the direct placement of legal professionals.
