Brian Ames - Leading Ai/Ml From Concept To Production

Brian Ames is a seasoned professional in AI and machine learning, currently serving as Senior Manager for Transformation & Enablement of Production AI and Data Products at General Motors since January 2023. Leading a team focused on cloud migration, Brian is instrumental in shifting operations to Azure and Databricks. Previously, Brian held various roles at Starbucks from June 2018 to April 2023, including Lead Manager for AI/ML Expansion, where efforts were directed towards enhancing customer and barista experiences through data-driven AI solutions. Additional experience includes project and program management roles at Microsoft and consulting for Starbucks.
