David Gibson

David Gibson is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operations at General Motors since February 2016. In this role, David leads objective key results (OKRs), workforce planning, and special projects as Chief of Staff to the Head of Talent Acquisition. Previous roles at General Motors include managing early career talent and partnering with global engineering teams on HR strategy for various technical divisions. Prior to General Motors, David worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Magna Powertrain and as a recruiter at Global Recruiters of Ann Arbor.
