Joseph Jimenez

Mr. Jimenez served as the Chief Executive Officer of Novartis AG (“Novartis”) from 2010 until his retirement in 2018. He was Head of Novartis’ Pharmaceuticals Division from October 2007 to 2010 and Head of Novartis’ Consumer Health Division from April to October 2007. Prior to joining Novartis, Mr. Jimenez served as Advisor to the Blackstone Group L.P., a private equity firm, from 2006 to 2007. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of H.J. Heinz Company (“Heinz”) North America from 2002 to 2006 and Executive Vice President, President and Chief Executive Officer of Heinz Europe from 1999 to 2002. Prior to joining Heinz, Mr. Jimenez held various leadership positions at ConAgra Foods Inc., including President and Senior Vice President of two operating divisions from 1993 to 1998.

Mr. Jimenez is also a director at The Procter & Gamble Co.
