Mohammad Norouzi Banis is an accomplished advanced cell engineer currently employed at General Motors since July 2024. Previously, as a principal battery engineer at Our Next Energy (ONE), and in various roles at Rivian and Albemarle Corporation, Mohammad specialized in battery materials development and optimization, including lithium salts and solid-state cells. Key contributions include leading projects from ideation to pilot production, performing root-cause analysis of battery cells, and developing advanced anode materials for polymer-based batteries.
