Pamela Billington

Pamela Billington has extensive experience in legal operations and eDiscovery, currently serving as Legal Operations Manager at General Motors since June 2016. Previous roles at General Motors include Litigation Business Manager and eDiscovery Consultant. Prior to this, Pamela held the position of eDiscovery Consultant at Xerox from October 1999 to June 2016 and began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Blue Care Network from 1993 to 1999. Pamela earned a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology, both from Davenport University, with the MBA completed between 2000 and 2005 and the BBA from 1993 to 1999.
