Yuriy Pakhotin

Yuriy Pakhotin is a Senior Data Scientist at General Motors, where responsibilities include leading large-scale analysis of autonomous vehicle event data, contributing to the development of GM’s High-Speed Vehicle Telemetry system, and supporting a significant warranty reduction initiative. As the founder of BVData, Yuriy empowers the Brazos Valley through data-driven insights. Experience also includes roles as an Analytics Expert at the International Institute for Analytics, mentoring at Quake Capital Partners, and research positions at Texas A&M University, CERN, and the University of Florida, with notable contributions to the Higgs boson discovery. Yuriy holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Experimental Particle and Nuclear Physics from the University of Florida and is pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Data Science from Harvard University.
