Andrew D’Arcy

Andrew D'Arcy is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the insurance and reinsurance sectors. Currently serving as CEO of International P&C at Gen Re since May 2019, Andrew previously held the CEO position at Faraday Underwriting Limited from September 2017 to May 2019 and served as CFO from August 2014 to September 2017. Andrew's career also includes CFO roles at Gen Re in London and Finance Director at Starr Underwriting Agents Ltd, where responsibilities extended to actuarial, risk management, and Solvency II. Andrew began the professional journey as Syndicate Actuary at Odyssey Re from 2007 to 2009. Educational background includes a degree from University College Dublin.
