Adam Stapf

Adam Stapf has extensive experience in business development and sales management, currently serving as the Business Development Manager at General Tool Company since 2003, where responsibilities include managing the sales process, coordinating sales calls, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Adam held the position of Business Unit Manager at the same company, overseeing sales, engineering, and planning for the Industrial business unit. Adam’s earlier experience includes serving as Sales Manager for the Custom Gearing group at Cincinnati Gear Company from 1988 to 2002, focusing on major accounts and sales direction within the mid-west territory. Adam holds a degree in Applied Business with a focus on Industrial Sales from Cincinnati Technical College – Cincinnati State.
