Ryan Shaver, CMMC CCA, serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Iron Forge Technologies since June 2023, focusing on IT consulting solutions for Defense Industrial Base companies and innovative cybersecurity measures. Concurrently, Ryan holds the position of Cybersecurity Analyst at GENERAL TOOL COMPANY, ensuring CMMC compliance through risk assessments and cross-functional collaboration. Previous experience includes a Support Supervisor role in the United States Air Force, leading compliance and operational initiatives, as well as serving as a Support Technician and Weapon Maintenance Team Member. Ryan's earlier career at Prestige Technical Services involved managing technical projects and fostering client relationships. Academically, Ryan earned two Bachelor's degrees in Information Technology and Cybersecurity from the University of Cincinnati, complemented by an Associate's degree in Munitions Systems/Ordinance Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
