Eric Grothaus

Eric Grothaus is a seasoned Manufacturing Engineer with extensive experience in the Aerospace, Defense, and Space industries. Currently at General Tool Company since February 2020, Eric is responsible for complex development projects and has established manufacturing scopes for intricate assemblies. Previously, at Rhinestahl AMG, Eric managed business-critical projects, while at Hi-Tek Manufacturing, Eric served as the technical lead for multiple product lines focused on machining superalloy castings. Eric's earlier roles included contributions at Teledyne Tekmar, where collaboration with R&D and Production was key in developing production methods, and at Arrow Truline Inc. as a Quality Control Associate overseeing quality operations and supplier products.
