W. Wick Ballard

W. Wick Ballard is an experienced engineer currently serving in multiple roles including Assembly Engineer, Lab Engineer, and Manufacturing Engineer at Swagelok since June 2019. Previously, W. Wick Ballard completed an engineering internship at Swagelok in 2018, collaborating on projects that focused on lean manufacturing principles. Earlier experience includes serving as a Squash Coach at Urban Squash Cleveland from September 2014 to August 2017 and working as a Lifeguard at Shaker Heights Country Club from May 2010 to September 2014. Additionally, W. Wick Ballard held an engineering internship at NatGasCar LLC from June 2013 to May 2014, assisting in modifications for natural gas vehicles. W. Wick Ballard holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Cleveland State University.
