Mrs. Shahnaz Sajjad Ahmad is the Chief Executive Officer of Bannu Woollen Mills Limited since 2009. She has attended Pakistan Institute of Management course on Corporate Governance (2010) Karachi. She is a certified director from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan in 2014 in Islamabad.

Mrs. Shahanaz Sajjad Ahmad attended and successfully completed The Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) Rausing Executive Development Centre Program on Leadership for Senior Executives.
