Jakub Svejda

Jakub Svejda is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in claims development and management within the insurance sector. Currently serving as the Head of Claims Business Architecture and Development at Generali Česká pojišťovna since January 2018, Jakub leads initiatives focused on enhancing customer self-service, automation, and overall customer experience in claims operations. Prior roles include Head of Claims Development at Generali, where leadership involved steering the global claims function and collaborating with local market organizations. Jakub's earlier experience includes positions at Ceska pojistovna as Claims Development Manager and at Accenture as a Consultant, specializing in business transformation and claims processes. Jakub holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Prague University of Economics and Business and has pursued further education at INSEAD and Copenhagen Business School.
