Edoardo Malpaga

Edoardo Malpaga, CFA, currently serves as the CFO and Head of Planning, Control and Costs at Generali Deutschland AG since March 2022. Prior to this position, Edoardo held the role of Head of Group Capital Management at Assicurazioni Generali from January 2019 to June 2022. Edoardo also worked at Generali France as Head of Capital Management and Corporate Finance from July 2015 to December 2018 and at Generali Investments Private Equity as a Senior Investment Manager between April 2012 and June 2015. Earlier career experience includes an Associate position at Rhone Group from September 2008 to April 2012 and Corporate Finance at Assicurazioni Generali from 2000 to 2008. Edoardo Malpaga earned a degree from Università Bocconi from 1995 to 1999.
