Alisson Infanti Lara

Alisson Infanti Lara has extensive experience in the field of cybersecurity, currently serving as the Head of Security at Generali Engagement Solutions GmbH since November 2022, where responsibilities include the planning and implementation of Group Policies and mitigating risks through direct engagement with executive leadership. Previously, Alisson held the position of Ethical Hacker Leader (Blue Team) at GK Software SE, focusing on the implementation of various security tools and risk management strategies. Alisson also contributed to academia as a Cyber Security MBA Teacher at FIAP and served in senior IT security leadership roles at Bayer, emphasizing security measures and audit management. Earlier career roles include university teaching in cybersecurity and process analysis within IT excellence. Alisson holds an MBA in Information Technology from FIAP and an undergraduate degree in Information Technology from UNIFAI.
