Giorgos Papasarantos, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. GIORGOS began their career as a Software Developer at International Life in 2006 and worked their way up to become a Senior Manager for IT Software Development. In 2014, they became the CIO at International Life and held that position until 2016.
In 2017, Giorgos joined AIG as an IT Manager and stayed with the company until 2018. GIORGOS then moved on to Generali Hellas, where they initially served as the CIO before transitioning to the role of Chief Transformation Officer in July 2021. GIORGOS continues to fulfill this role, indicating a progressive career trajectory and expertise in IT and business transformation.
Giorgos Papasarantos, PMP earned their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Athens University of Economics and Business between the years 1998 and 2004. GIORGOS also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2016 and the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) certification from the University of Athens in the year 2020.
