Saifon Khongjitngam

Saifon Khongjitngam is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Generali Thailand. Prior to her current role, she served as the Chief People Officer at Thai Group Holdings and as an HR Director at Aetna, Allianz Insurance, and THAI CARDIF LIFE ASSURANCE PLC. Saifon has a Certificate of HR Transformation Program from Cornell University, an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Assumption University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Statistics from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang. With a diverse background in HR and strategic partnerships, Saifon brings a wealth of experience to her current role.
