Currently serving as the Regional Sales Head at Generali Vietnam Life Insurance, Nghia has previously held positions such as Associate Director at Generali Vietnam Life Insurance Limited Liability Company and Supervisor at Prudential Vietnam Assurance Private Ltd. Nghia also has experience as the Director of Card Center at Ocean Commercial Joint Stock Bank and Deputy Director of Card Center & Head of Card Sales Department at HANOI BUILDING COMMERCIAL JOINT STOCK BANK. Nghia holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Griggs University & Vietnam National University, and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Business Management from Hanoi Open University.
