Thu Le has extensive experience in learning and development, primarily within the insurance and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Learning & Development, Engagement, and Distribution Digital Learning at Generali Vietnam Life Insurance since June 2018, Thu Le leads initiatives in training, talent development, and employer branding. Prior roles include HR Regional Project Coordinator at Generali Asia, where responsibilities included implementing gender balance initiatives across multiple business units, and Training and Development Specialist at TRG International, focusing on tailored training programs for employees. Additionally, Thu Le has been involved in various leadership roles within AIESEC and has a strong educational background with a Bachelor's degree in External Economics from Foreign Trade University and a certification in Human Resources Management from the University of Minnesota.
