Alberto de Juana Izquierdo

Alberto De Juana Izquierdo is an experienced leader in operations, process transformation, and strategic innovation within the insurance and banking sectors. At Generali from March 2020 to February 2024, Alberto led the Operations & Service Platforms stream during the integration of Generali and Liberty in Spain and Ireland, focusing on developing a Target Operating Model. As Head of Process Transformation & Innovation, initiatives included optimizing processes and the implementation of a new CRM system. Previously, Alberto served as Head of Strategy & Innovation at Generali Spain, ensuring the delivery of the strategic plan. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Consultant at Santander Group, an Associate in Strategy & Operations at KPMG, and an Engineer in Energy Management at E.ON Spain. Alberto holds an Executive MBA from IESE Business School and an Industrial Engineering degree from Universitat Politècnica de València.
