Andrea Pizzioli

Andrea Pizzioli has extensive legal experience in the finance and investment sectors, currently serving as the Head of Investments Legal Affairs at Generali Investments Holding since March 2014 and as General Counsel at Generali Investments Luxembourg since July 2022. Pizzioli previously held positions in the legal departments of prominent firms such as Banca Generali, Goldman Sachs, and Lehman Brothers, focusing on asset management and derivatives. Earlier legal roles included work at Sanpaolo IMi Asset Management SGR and Eptasim SPA. Pizzioli began a legal career with a stage at Consob after earning a law degree from Università degli Studi di Trieste from 1992 to 1998.
