Dongbai Wang

Dongbai Wang is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment management. Currently serving as the Head of Americas Group Private Equity Portfolio Construction at Generali, Dongbai oversees substantial investments across Europe, the US, and Asia. Previous roles include Associate Partner at Avida International, Partner at Claymore Hill Partners, and Strategic Advisor at Foundation Private Equity, where expertise in private markets and ESG was demonstrated. Prior experience also encompasses senior positions at UBS and Deutsche Bank, focusing on private equity management in APAC. Dongbai began a career in structured finance at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. after obtaining an MBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and degrees in International Management from the University of Cambridge and the University of Oxford.
