Florent MICHEL has extensive experience in financial management and business development within the insurance and automotive sectors. Currently serving as Responsable développement commercial réseau CGPI at Generali since September 2014, Florent is responsible for creating and managing partnerships with Independent Wealth Management Advisors and developing product and service offerings. Previously, in a mission role, Florent defined a three-year transformation plan for Generali France, focusing on financial aspects and strategic integration. Florent has also held strategic positions in cost management, including managing general expenses of €1 billion at Generali and €350 million at Swiss Life. Additionally, Florent has experience in financial reporting and analysis from a tenure at PSA Peugeot Citroën.
