Gianluca Albera is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in project management and database operations. As the founder of BASE Solution Engineering from July 1998 to December 2004, Gianluca established a foundation in engineering solutions. Following this, a tenure at Toro Assicurazioni from January 2005 to September 2009 included the role of Unit Head for Database and Data Exchange.
