Ileana Damian

Ileana Damian currently serves as Chief Operations Officer at Generali since October 2021, bringing extensive experience from various roles within the company. Prior to this position, Ileana held the role of Head of Operations Back Office at Generali Romania since September 2011 and served as Head of External Partner Department Back Office and Accountant SMB from May 2005 to September 2011. Ileana holds a degree from Academia de Studii Economice din București, where studies were completed between 2000 and 2004.
