Rossana Barzizza

Rossana Barzizza has extensive experience in procurement and management, currently serving as the Head of Procurement Excellence and Head of Process, Vendor, and Contract Management at Generali since January 2022. Prior to this, Rossana worked at UniCredit from 2015 to January 2022, leading Procurement Development and Transformation. Rossana's earlier roles at UniCredit included Head of Marketing & Communication and Head of Consulting and HR Services within the Procurement function. Rossana's career began at Capgemini, where management experience spanned supply chain, organization, business process reengineering, and change management from 2003 to 2010, and included managerial roles at Deloitte Consulting from January 2000 to January 2003. Rossana holds a Laurea in Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, completed in 1998.
