Alysha D'Souza

Alysha D'Souza has a diverse professional background with experience spanning various roles in administrative support and operations. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant to the Chief People Officer at Generate since May 2024, Alysha previously held positions at Industrial Growth Partners as an EA/Deal Coordinator from July 2023 to April 2024, and at First Republic Bank, where responsibilities included Sales and Service Associate and Administrative Assistant in the Eagle Lending division from July 2017 to July 2023. Earlier experiences include roles as an Account Executive at Intelletrace, a Research and Legal Intern at West End Partners, and an Accounts Payable Administrator at Prometheus Construction. Alysha holds a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from UC Santa Barbara and a language certification in Italian from Dante Alighieri in Siena, with additional academic exposure at the University of Warwick.
